Requirements

• Experience as a data analyst or operations specialist
• Strong SQL skills for data extraction and analysis
• Proven ability to translate data insights into actionable improvements
• Strong problem-solving and creative thinking skills
• English business level

Responsibilities

• Manage and optimize driver operations including onboarding, activation, and daily performance monitoring
• Design, manage, and evaluate driver incentive programs to improve supply, retention, and efficiency
• Identify, analyze, and resolve daily operational issues impacting delivery performance
• Use SQL to extract, analyze, and visualize operational data to support decision-making
• Build dashboards and reports to track KPIs related to driver supply, quality, and cost
