You'll lead special events sales for a major venue in the Southwest, driving revenue through client relationships and event execution. You'll manage a team and grow the special event business through networking and marketing.

๐ŸŽฏ What You'll Do

  • Network, research and cold call potential clients to create new business
  • Manage client relationships and create event proposals and budgets
  • Train and manage special event staff including bar and security personnel
  • Negotiate deal terms, prepare contracts, and collect deposits

๐Ÿ“‹ Requirements

  • BA/BS degree (4-year) required
  • 6-8 years of related work experience
  • Sales experience with ability to foster client relationships
  • MS Office Professional Suite proficiency (Outlook, Word, Excel)

โœจ Nice to Have

  • Advanced degree in Sales, Marketing, or related field
  • Prior experience working in music venues
  • Event planning and execution experience
