Description

You will partner with senior leadership to drive strategy, planning, and performance management for Affirm's Consumer business, influencing product decisions and resource allocation. You'll own user growth and monetization models, develop deep expertise in unit economics and LTV, and lead top-line planning processes with clear reporting and dashboards.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in analytical roles (strategic finance, investment banking, consulting, etc.)
• Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills in fast-paced, ambiguous environments
• Player-coach mindset with ability to lead a team while diving into complex analyses
• Expert in financial modeling; working knowledge of SQL and data visualization tools
• Experience partnering with senior stakeholders and influencing cross-functional decisions

Responsibilities

• Serve as strategic finance partner to Product, Growth Analytics, Credit, Revenue, and Merchant Pricing
• Own and evolve user growth, engagement, and monetization models for direct-to-consumer channels
• Develop expertise in transactional unit economics and customer lifetime value (LTV)
• Lead top-line planning processes including target setting, forecasting, and performance tracking
• Build and scale automated dashboards and analytical frameworks to improve visibility and decision-making
