๐ผ About This Role
You'll design the digital infrastructure that guides 20k-50k ARR customers to value, building automated journeys and data-driven playbooks. As a founding member of the Scaled Enterprise CS team, you'll ship new lifecycle programs every 2-4 weeks and measure every one. You'll eat your own dogfood by building automations in n8n.
๐ฏ What You'll Do
- Define the digital journey for Scaled customers
- Ship lifecycle programs such as in-app nudges and email sequences
- Analyze complex platform usage data for retention insights
- Design the Customer Hub with personalized resources
๐ Requirements
- 3-5+ years in Digital CS, PLG, Lifecycle Marketing, or Product Ops
- Excellent technical copywriting skills for developer audiences
- Experience collaborating with product teams on in-app guidance
- Strong analytical mindset with product analytics and CRM platforms
โจ Nice to Have
- Direct experience with Vitally or Gainsight
- Experience with Hex or Metabase
- Hands-on experience with n8n or Zapier
