You'll design the digital infrastructure that guides 20k-50k ARR customers to value, building automated journeys and data-driven playbooks. As a founding member of the Scaled Enterprise CS team, you'll ship new lifecycle programs every 2-4 weeks and measure every one. You'll eat your own dogfood by building automations in n8n.

๐ŸŽฏ What You'll Do

  • Define the digital journey for Scaled customers
  • Ship lifecycle programs such as in-app nudges and email sequences
  • Analyze complex platform usage data for retention insights
  • Design the Customer Hub with personalized resources

๐Ÿ“‹ Requirements

  • 3-5+ years in Digital CS, PLG, Lifecycle Marketing, or Product Ops
  • Excellent technical copywriting skills for developer audiences
  • Experience collaborating with product teams on in-app guidance
  • Strong analytical mindset with product analytics and CRM platforms

โœจ Nice to Have

  • Direct experience with Vitally or Gainsight
  • Experience with Hex or Metabase
  • Hands-on experience with n8n or Zapier
