💼 About This Role
You'll lead the global business development strategy for TripleLift, focusing on Retail Media and Search Ads partnerships. Your core impact will be driving revenue growth through strategic deals with DSPs, SSPs, and CTV platforms. You'll manage a global team and report directly to the COO.
🎯 What You'll Do
- Develop and execute global BD strategy for Retail Media and Search Ads.
- Identify, prioritize, and close new strategic partnerships.
- Lead and mentor a global team of ~5 individual contributors.
- Collaborate with Sales, Product, and Marketing teams across regions.
📋 Requirements
- 8–12+ years in Business Development or Enterprise Sales leadership in AdTech.
- Deep expertise in DSP, SSP, CTV, DMP, CDP, and clean room technologies.
- Proven track record in Retail Media and Search Ads ecosystems.
- Strong negotiation and deal-making skills with strategic partnership examples.

- Experience leading teams across US, EU, and APAC regions.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or Computer Science.
