Requirements

• 3+ years in enterprise customer-facing roles with conversation design and AI agent development
• Ability to craft LLM prompts for desired conversational outcomes
• Proficiency with chain-of-thought prompting, few-shot learning
• Strong project and stakeholder management skills
• Solid understanding of data structures, system integrations, and enterprise APIs

Responsibilities

• Scope and implement AI Agent deployments with strategic advice and execution support
• Leverage LLM internals to analyze requirements and design precise prompts
• Simplify complex workflows into conversational components for LLMs
• Fine-tune conversational flows and voice output to align with brand standards
• Apply structured testing to validate AI agent behavior, quality, and performance
