You will lead an engineering group focused on building systems and product experiences that power customer activation at Brex, including onboarding, account setup, verifications, integrations, and implementation workflows. This role requires strategic thinking, operational excellence, technical leadership, and a deep passion for delivering frictionless, AI-enhanced customer journeys.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's in Computer Science or related field
• Strong technical background in software development
• Expertise leading full-stack engineering teams delivering end-to-end product experiences
• 3+ years managing multiple technical teams in a high-growth environment
• Experience building onboarding, implementation, or customer lifecycle products

• Drive business and product strategies for seamless onboarding and implementation experiences
• Collaborate with cross-functional partners to define priorities and deliver customer activation experiences
• Leverage AI to automate onboarding workflows, improving speed and personalization
