🎯 What You'll Do

• Provide leadership and coaching for Experience Team Member staff
• Assist with planning and executing annual Turnover processes
• Assist with move-in and move-out processes
• Execute social media and communication strategies to engage customers

📋 Requirements

• 2+ years of customer service, sales or community management experience
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and Property Management Systems
• Ability to work up to six days per week
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• College graduate preferred
• Experience with Entrata or similar PMS
