💼 About This Role

You'll own customer business transformation as a management consultant embedded in retail or CPG enterprises, connecting AI platform capabilities to income-statement outcomes like revenue growth and margin improvement. You'll also lead change leadership to help organizations redesign roles and workflows so teams thrive with AI.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Build business cases for operational change and secure executive buy-in
• Drive expansion from pilot to company-wide rollout with measurable outcomes
• Present proof packs to boards and exec teams
• Manage strategic C-level relationships and commercial conversations

📋 Requirements

• Real FMCG or retail experience
• Big 4 or top-tier consulting background
• C-level credibility with COOs, CFOs, and board members
• Proven ability to define and track outcome metrics

✨ Nice to Have

• Led transformation programs across multiple business units or geographies
• Experience with automation platforms (RPA, workflow tools)
• Practical change management experience with large teams
• Speaks Czech, French, or a Nordic language
