You'll join the Operations Analytics team shaping servicing strategy through data. You'll apply AI and machine learning across the analytics workflow from exploration to stakeholder communication. This role empowers you to own forecasting and planning for new geographies and special teams.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Build and maintain forecasting models with time series and ML
• Partner with stakeholders on planning and forecasting problems
• Surface productivity improvements using budget data
• Present recommendations to leadership and drive decisions

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years solving forecasting or quantitative problems
• Strong proficiency in SQL and Python or R
• Hands-on experience with AI/LLM tooling across analytics workflows
• Experience with cloud-native data platforms like Databricks or Snowflake
