You'll drive revenue growth within a designated book of business by selling compensation data, software, and services to existing mid-market customers. You'll own the full sales cycle from lead generation to closing, collaborating with internal teams to exceed quotas.

๐ŸŽฏ What You'll Do

  • Create and execute revenue upsell opportunities in book of business
  • Generate opportunities through CDR partnerships and networking
  • Own the sales cycle from lead generation to closure
  • Maintain account forecasting within Salesforce

๐Ÿ“‹ Requirements

  • 5+ years of software sales experience
  • BA/BS degree strongly preferred
  • HCM or compensation sales experience preferred
  • Proven track record of exceeding quarterly and annual quotas

โœจ Nice to Have

  • Experience selling at C-level (CHROs a plus)
  • Knowledge of assigned territory/accounts
