You'll drive revenue growth within a designated book of business by selling compensation data, software, and services to existing mid-market customers. You'll own the full sales cycle from lead generation to closing, collaborating with internal teams to exceed quotas.
๐ฏ What You'll Do
- Create and execute revenue upsell opportunities in book of business
- Generate opportunities through CDR partnerships and networking
- Own the sales cycle from lead generation to closure
- Maintain account forecasting within Salesforce
๐ Requirements
- 5+ years of software sales experience
- BA/BS degree strongly preferred
- HCM or compensation sales experience preferred
- Proven track record of exceeding quarterly and annual quotas
โจ Nice to Have
- Experience selling at C-level (CHROs a plus)
- Knowledge of assigned territory/accounts
