💼 About This Role

You'll prepare and cook meals aboard an expedition vessel as part of a close-knit galley team. You'll ensure high-quality food presentation and accommodate dietary needs while working long hours at sea.

🎯 What You'll Do

  • Prepare sauces, vegetables, and hot dishes daily
  • Assist in plating guest and crew meals
  • Work action stations like omelets and carving
  • Help clean galley and dishwashing operations

📋 Requirements

  • 1 year recent cooking/food service experience
  • Ability to stand in high-temp galley 12-14 hours/day
  • Lift 50 pounds regularly
  • STCW Basic Safety Training certification
