💼 About This Role

You'll join Alan's Product Platform area to build reusable internal services like Payment, Messaging, and AI Platform that empower product teams. Your work will be used daily by hundreds of engineers, reducing cognitive load and accelerating product velocity across multiple countries. You'll own services end-to-end, from design to deployment, and help shape Alan's internal platform for years to come.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Design and maintain internal APIs and services
• Build reusable platform building blocks for product crews
• Ensure service reliability, observability, and scalability
• Collaborate with architecture group on technical strategy

📋 Requirements

• 3+ years in backend, platform, or infrastructure engineering
• Experience designing internal services, APIs, or SDKs
• Ability to turn complex problems into elegant solutions
• Fluency in English (French not required)

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with Python/Flask, React, PostgreSQL
• Experience in a monorepo environment
• Healthcare technology interest
