Description

You will own daily operations for proactive human moderation efforts at Roblox, leading a team to apply rapid and accurate labels to content while balancing false positive rates, speed, and urgency. You will act as the subject matter expert for proactive tooling and processes, hunting for new abuse trends, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance platform safety.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in business, operations, or related field
• 5+ years experience in operations management or content moderation focusing on content safety workflows and threat hunting
• 1-2 years managing a team
• Strong program management skills with experience leading projects at scale
• Experience using data to lead decision-making

Responsibilities

• Lead proactive moderation operations to systematically de-risk Roblox
• Manage and refine workflows for content safety moderation response teams
• Serve as top subject matter expert for proactive tooling and processes
• Manage a team of content reviewers and work with 3rd parties for effective content moderation
• Proactively hunt for threats and undetected abuse using internal data, open-source intelligence, and third-parties
