You will lead and grow a team of Enterprise Architects, acting as an executive sponsor to customer C-level executives and driving strategic innovation using AI and data. Your success is measured by team impact on customer acquisition, retention, and up-selling, while collaborating across sales, product, and engineering teams.

Requirements

• 20+ years experience including managing Enterprise Architects at top consulting firm or software vendor
• Strong strategic vision connecting technical solutions to business value
• Excellent communication skills for C-level presentations
• Deep understanding of Capability Mapping, Enterprise Modernization, and Agentic AI
• Strong background in Data Architecture, SQL, Python, and cloud-native architectures

Responsibilities

• Hire, mentor, and manage a team of Enterprise Architects
• Act as executive sponsor in pre-Sales and post-Sales phases, presenting to C-level executives
• Guide team to design architectures for enterprise modernization using Agentic AI
• Bridge between product engineering and client teams to ensure delivery of premier technical services
• Oversee assessment of IT landscape maturity and coach account teams on architecture and scalability
