You'll drive technical escalations and platform reliability in a fast-paced Ad-Tech environment. Partnering with engineering, product, and client teams, you'll resolve complex issues and streamline escalation management. This is a chance to gain end-to-end Ad-Tech platform exposure and impact client satisfaction directly.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Provide platform-wide technical support for internal stakeholders
• Manage and resolve tickets from support queue within SLAs
• Execute operational tasks like client setup changes
• Contribute to documentation, SOPs, and knowledge base updates

📋 Requirements

• 2–3 years in customer application escalations or technical support
• Strong understanding of web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript)
• Hands-on experience with MySQL or similar querying frameworks
• Proficiency in Python, Java, or PHP

• Experience with AdTech platforms or technical product support
• Data analysis and visualization with Looker or Omni
• AI awareness and practical application skills
