Description

You will be responsible for the expedient movement of items needed to support production, test, and launch operations. Your role involves preparing and processing shipments, coordinating logistics, ensuring compliance with global trade regulations, and maintaining timely delivery to customers.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalency
• 3+ years of shipping experience
• Forklift operation certification
• Experience with shipping software (UPS WorldShip, FedEx Ship Manager, etc.)
• Knowledge of international shipping and customs regulations

Responsibilities

• Process outbound material through ERP system
• Package and manifest parcel, LTL, and large freight
• Coordinate with carriers and freight forwarders
• Ensure compliance with shipping regulations (ITAR, EAR, BIS)
• Track shipments and resolve delivery issues
