Description

You will design and implement intelligent automation systems to connect data across platforms, eliminate manual tasks, and enable scalable global operations. You'll work at the intersection of HR, technology, and process excellence, partnering with cross-functional teams to streamline complex workflows using AI and low-code tools.

Requirements

• Hands-on experience with low-code workflow tools (Zapier, Make, Retool, n8n or similar)
• Comfortable with light scripting (Python, TypeScript, JavaScript) for custom agents and API integrations
• Progressive experience in automation, business process optimization, and systems integration
• Ideal experience in HR Operations or Shared Services with understanding of compliance-sensitive environments
• Strong understanding of data privacy obligations and how they influence system design

Responsibilities

• Design and implement intelligent automation systems connecting data across platforms
• Map operational processes, identify bottlenecks, and architect end-to-end automated workflows
• Own automation strategy using customer and employee feedback to improve HR experience
• Scope and deliver multi-phase initiatives as Directly Responsible Individual (DRI)
• Ensure compliance and regulatory requirements are embedded in automation and system design
