You'll support the Program Management Office in planning and delivering programs to meet **schedule, budget, and performance objectives** while coordinating cross-functional activities and tracking program performance. Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or related field
• 2–5+ years of experience in manufacturing or product engineering

Responsibilities

• Assist in developing, monitoring, and reporting program budgets and P&L
• Support day-to-day program coordination including scheduling and document control
• Develop and maintain consolidated dashboards summarizing key performance metrics
• Act as liaison between program teams, finance, and leadership on budget and schedule
