Description
You will lead end-to-end delivery of cross-functional initiatives in controllership and finance operations, scoping, planning, and executing while driving alignment across teams. Partner with Product, IT, Legal, and Commercial to implement scalable solutions and present progress to C-suite executives.
Requirements
- 8+ years in program/project management, preferably in consulting or finance transformation
- Strong problem-solving skills; comfortable structuring ambiguous strategies into plans
- Demonstrated ability to influence without authority in complex stakeholder environments
- Proven experience producing and presenting executive-level communications
- Sound working knowledge of accounting and finance operations concepts
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end delivery of controllership and finance operations initiatives
- Build and maintain actionable plans with clear milestones and governance
- Drive program discipline: business requirements, decision logs, timelines, metrics
- Act as central point of alignment across teams, identify misalignment early
- Prepare and deliver executive-ready materials for senior leadership
