💼 About This Role

You'll maintain rental properties across multiple sites in the Sandy Springs area, performing repairs and inspections. Your work ensures properties are in peak condition for residents. This role offers company vehicle and no on-call or weekends.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Perform routine and emergency repairs on HVAC, plumbing, electrical
• Prepare vacant units for new move-ins
• Conduct move-in/out and property onboarding audits
• Audit work completed by external vendors

📋 Requirements

• HVAC Type II Certification required
• Valid driver's license
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks
• High school diploma or GED
