๐ผ About This Role
You'll be the public face and technical voice of Tenki, shaping how developers understand AI-native software development. You'll build in public through livestreams, write-ups, and benchmarks, and grow a real community of developers who care about the same problems. This is a fully remote role, but you must be based in San Francisco.
๐ฏ What You'll Do
- Build in public using Tenki: weekly livestream, monthly write-up, public benchmarks.
- Ship high-signal content across X, YouTube, long-form posts, podcasts, and conferences.
- Develop and defend opinions on AI-native code review and developer infrastructure.
- Grow and engage a real developer community around Tenki.
- Partner with engineering, product, and design to shape onboarding and documentation.
๐ Requirements
- Up to 2 years of experience in developer relations or similar, with evidence of impact.
- Shipped real production code and can discuss model latency, static analysis, or distributed systems.
- Can translate complex technical ideas into narratives that engineers read to the end.
- Has sharp opinions about AI coding agents and developer tooling, and defends them publicly.

- Experience with open source community building.
- Comfortable with live coding or technical presentations.
- Familiarity with AI-assisted development tools.
