You'll partner with product and software engineers to ensure ArcGIS Hub meets high release readiness standards. You'll perform risk-based testing, including accessibility and security validation. This role offers the chance to shape quality for a worldwide user base.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Translate acceptance criteria into manual and automated test coverage
• Perform risk-based testing including accessibility and security
• Conduct exploratory testing across key user workflows
• Validate and triage defect reports with Support Services

📋 Requirements

• 2+ years of QA experience testing modern web applications in Agile
• Experience with web UI test automation tooling like Playwright
• Experience testing REST APIs and validating JSON/HTTP integrations
• Familiarity with JavaScript/TypeScript to read automated test cases

• Experience supporting enterprise-scale or developer-focused products
• Experience assessing delivery risk and release impact
• Familiarity with interpreting automated test results or monitoring dashboards
