💼 About This Role

You'll lead the end-to-end product strategy for user verification and activation flows at a global digital asset exchange. Your work will directly impact conversion, retention, and trading activity by optimizing KYC, payment rails, and onboarding incentives. You'll collaborate across compliance, engineering, and operations to shape scalable infrastructure and drive AI-powered product innovations.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Own product strategy for KYC, re-KYC, deposits, withdrawals, and activation flows.
• Develop identity verification infrastructure with multi-vendor routing and fraud prevention.
• Improve onboarding speed and compliance across jurisdictions.
• Optimize fiat and crypto deposit/withdrawal experiences including payment method availability.
• Collaborate with Compliance, Legal, Risk, Engineering, and Operations teams.

📋 Requirements

• 6–8+ years of product management in fintech, crypto, or payments.
• Experience with KYC/AML and identity verification products.
• Deep understanding of payment systems and API integrations.
• Advanced analytical skills using SQL and analytics tools like Mixpanel or Amplitude.

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with multi-vendor IDV routing and fraud prevention systems.
• Knowledge of global KYC and AML regulations (FATF, GDPR, SCA).
• Hands-on experience with AI productivity tools like Cursor or Claude Code.
