💼 About This Role

You'll perform maintenance and repair of common areas in a luxury HOA community in Century City. Your work will ensure emergency preparedness and response to floods, power outages, and earthquakes. You'll receive hands-on training with potential to advance to Building Engineer.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Patch, paint, and repair walls and common areas.
• Clean and maintain engineering spaces and equipment.
• Respond to emergencies like floods and power outages.
• Perform preventative maintenance on building systems.

📋 Requirements

• 1 year of maintenance experience, preferably in hospitality or property management.
• Must be at least 18 and pass background check and drug screening.
• Valid California Driver's License required.

• Hands-on experience in HVAC, electrical, plumbing, painting, or drywall.
• Coursework in building maintenance or related trade.
