๐Ÿ’ผ About This Role

You'll own the growth function end-to-end: pipeline for sales, self-serve activation, and ACV expansion across 55,000 customers. You'll build a growth engine that runs high-velocity, low-ACV motions and targeted, multi-touch MM SaaS plays. Reporting to the CMO, you'll lead a team of 4-5 growth marketers.

๐ŸŽฏ What You'll Do

  • Own the growth number: CAC, pipeline contribution, self-serve activation, and net revenue retention
  • Lead and develop a team of 4โ€“5 growth marketers across paid, web/CRO, lifecycle, and customer marketing
  • Set the acquisition strategy across paid, partnerships, events, and self-serve funnel optimization
  • Drive ACV expansion through customer marketing and partner with CS and Account Management

๐Ÿ“‹ Requirements

  • 8+ years in growth, performance, or demand generation with at least 3 years managing a team in B2B SaaS
  • Direct experience running an annual budget of $2M+ across paid, lifecycle, web, and emerging channels
  • Experience operating across high-velocity, low-ACV motion and traditional MM SaaS motion
  • Hands-on enough to write a Google Ads QBR, debug tracking, or sketch a landing page

โœจ Nice to Have

  • Restaurant, multi-location SMB, or hospitality-tech experience
  • Experience in companies running both PLG and sales-assisted motions
