As a Technical Sourcer, you will partner with recruiters and business leaders to identify, attract, and engage top talent for Product Management and Design roles. You will use sourcing platforms, share market insights, and champion a best-in-class candidate experience to drive our mission forward.

Requirements

• 4+ years of top-of-funnel sourcing experience in Product Management and Design
• Proven ability to source Product Managers and Designers across seniority levels
• Experience managing high-volume pipelines while delivering quality
• Strong track record of engaging senior and niche technical talent in competitive markets
• Data-driven approach with ability to analyze metrics and inform strategy

Responsibilities

• Partner with recruiters and leaders to understand talent needs and engage top candidates
• Proactively source talent via Gem, LinkedIn Recruiter, SeekOut, Behance, Dribbble, and other platforms
• Influence and improve sourcing processes for efficiency and scale
• Share talent market insights on leveling, compensation, and candidate profiles
• Champion a best-in-class candidate experience and ensure operational excellence
