You'll own customer pilots for AI voice agents, driving adoption and commercial success. You'll build, refine, and deploy agents handling thousands of daily conversations. This role combines hands-on agent development with customer strategy at a fast-growing startup.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Own pilot accounts and drive commercial outcomes and upsells
• Build and refine AI agents in partnership with engineering and customers
• Track agent performance and debug technical issues
• Lead customer workshops and document onboarding best practices

📋 Requirements

• 1+ year in customer-facing roles at a fast-growing startup
• Experience building AI agents and workflows with prompt engineering and APIs
• Excellent communicator in English and German (written and verbal)
• Tech-savvy with semi-technical/technical background
