💼 About This Role

You'll join the loudest store in the mall as a music and pop culture fanatic. You'll provide an amazing shopping experience and share your fandom knowledge with customers. You'll help maintain the store's visual standards and process sales transactions.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Provide an amazing shopping experience to encourage return customers
• Cover the sales floor zone and ensure assigned areas meet visual standards
• Process sales transactions and drive add-on sales using BOPIS and curbside pickup
• Assist with planogram changes including store map, wall, fixture, and merchandising mix

📋 Requirements

• Previous experience working in a retail environment
• Must be at least 16 years of age
• Ability to navigate the store, merchandise product, and pack/unpack boxes up to 50 pounds

• Love for music and pop culture
• Superpowers in providing customer service and selling
