🎯 What You'll Do

• Plan, develop, and deploy supply chain projects
• Oversee design of distribution facilities and automation
• Implement labor management programs and standards
• Lead direct reports and cross-functional teams

📋 Requirements

• 12+ years experience in retail/e-commerce distribution engineering
• Bachelor's degree in Industrial or Mechanical engineering
• Proven results opening and closing fulfillment centers
• Advanced Excel and Access skills

✨ Nice to Have

• Master's degree
• Lean/Six Sigma certification
• Experience with Dematic and Bastian WCS
