🎯 What You'll Do

• Design and execute data-driven collection strategies using predictive models.
• Develop AI-powered approaches for next-best-action and account prioritization.
• Personalize customer engagement across channels based on behavior.
• Optimize collection KPIs and ensure ROI-positive initiatives.

📋 Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in collections within consumer lending.
• Fintech, banking, or financial services background.
• Strong data and analytical mindset with large dataset experience.
• AI orientation with experience in predictive scoring or automated decisioning.
