Description
You will own strategic partnerships, act as a trusted advisor to retailers, and drive revenue growth in the German market. Represent Atolls at high-level negotiations and industry events while mentoring junior team members.
Requirements
- 5+ years experience in account management, business development, or comparable commercial role
- Fluent in German and English with strong communication skills
- Solid experience in affiliate marketing or performance marketing
- Proven ability to manage high-level negotiations and strategic partnerships
- Experience coaching or mentoring junior team members
Responsibilities
- Own and lead strategic, long-term partnerships including negotiation and renewal of complex commercial agreements
- Act as trusted advisor to retailers by understanding their business models and challenges
- Translate data and market insights into strategic recommendations to optimize partner performance
- Proactively identify and drive revenue growth opportunities including solution expansions and cross-vertical initiatives
- Lead performance steering including KPI definition, business reviews, forecasting, and reporting
