Description

You will provide full-range HR support and leadership to a strategic business line, working with senior management to develop HR plans, drive change management, and support employees across Europe. This role involves coaching leaders, analyzing business metrics, and partnering on talent and organizational design.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, Communications or related field
• 3-5 years experience as an HR Business Partner
• Fluent in German and English
• Ability to balance strategic and detailed work
• Resiliency and critical thinking skills

• Develop and implement HR plans with senior management
