Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, Communications or related field
- 3-5 years experience as an HR Business Partner
- Fluent in German and English
- Ability to balance strategic and detailed work
- Resiliency and critical thinking skills
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement HR plans with senior management
- Partner on organizational design, workforce planning, talent management
