🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead test planning, design, execution, and defect management for Salesforce applications.
• Design and build scalable automation frameworks from scratch.
• Perform automation testing across web, API, voice, chat, and AI-driven applications.
• Integrate automated testing into CI/CD pipelines.

📋 Requirements

• 2–6 years of experience in QA Automation with strong Salesforce exposure.
• Hands-on expertise in Playwright, Selenium, or similar automation tools.
• Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture and Service Cloud.
• Experience delivering at least one Salesforce QA automation implementation.

• Exposure to Salesforce Agentforce, AWS Connect, or IVR systems.
• Experience with CI/CD pipeline integration and DevOps practices.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
