💼 About This Role

You'll lead the Data Department for the Working Families Party, ensuring reliable systems and data support organizing and campaigns. You'll translate organizational priorities into clear projects, manage a team, and drive AI adoption. This role focuses on internal operations and system stability, with oversight of engineering and analytics.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead multi-stakeholder roadmap process for data department priorities.
• Manage day-to-day operations and supervise Analytics Director and Senior Engineer.
• Oversee engineering infrastructure including data pipelines and cloud systems.
• Drive AI strategy, governance, and tool adoption across the organization.

📋 Requirements

• 7+ years experience in progressive political organizations or campaigns.
• Experience managing and developing staff in complex environments.
• Electoral data experience with voter file and volunteer data (at least 2 cycles).
• Familiarity with EveryAction, Mobilize, Scale to Win or equivalent CRM.
