🎯 What You'll Do

• Conceptualize and design high-performing creative campaigns across social, digital, video, email, and landing pages.
• Develop and adapt creative assets for print, out-of-home advertising, broadcast, and multimedia formats.
• Collaborate with Account Management and Project Management to align projects with client objectives and timelines.
• Integrate AI-powered creative tools into brainstorming, design exploration, and production workflows.

📋 Requirements

• 1–2+ years of experience in an agency or fast-paced creative environment
• Strong portfolio demonstrating social-first, performance-focused creative campaigns across multiple platforms
• Advanced proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
• Ability to work within PST business hours

• Experience with Premiere Pro and After Effects
• Bachelor’s degree in Design or related field
