You'll provide technical support to end users and IT professionals, handling incidents via chat, phone, and email. You'll triage and resolve issues, maintain documentation, and collaborate with leadership to develop your skills in a fast-paced IT environment.

Requirements

  • 2+ years Help Desk or customer support experience
  • Tech savvy with Microsoft domain, Windows OS, MAC OS, Google Suite
  • Proficient in Active Directory and general IT infrastructure
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills
  • Associate's degree in IT or equivalent experience preferred

Responsibilities

  • Perform incident triage and escalate or resolve based on scope
  • Answer support inquiries via chat, phone, email
  • Maintain ticket backlog and follow up within SLA targets
  • Develop understanding of internal and customer requirements
  • Improve and follow documented runbooks
