📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience in Automotive or similar field.
• 5+ years work experience in a customer facing team environment.
• 3+ years of leadership experience with hands-on team management.
• Proven history of developing and coaching employees using performance metrics.
