You'll re-establish the costing framework for Brooks Apparel products, managing cost development from concept through production. Your core impact will be achieving margin targets while maintaining product quality and operational efficiency across Asia vendor partners. This role offers the chance to lead cross-functional teams and implement digital costing tools.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead cost analysis and optimization across apparel product categories
• Collaborate with US teams and Asia vendors on pre-costing and production costing
• Develop and deliver training on pre-costing tools to product teams
• Drive automation and AI-driven costing models for decision-making

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years of apparel development and costing experience
• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel and margin analysis
• Excellent communication and cross-functional influencing skills
• Fluency in Mandarin and English

• Background in finance, business, or supply chain analytics
