💼 About This Role

You'll support members using VR programs for chronic pain and mental wellness, providing empathetic one-on-one coaching. You'll help them overcome barriers and build consistent engagement with self-regulation tools. This role combines peer support with innovative technology in a startup environment.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Conduct onboarding and regular check-in sessions via video or phone
• Help members navigate the VR platform and overcome technical barriers
• Document interactions and escalate issues as needed

📋 Requirements

• Lived experience with chronic pain or mental health challenges
• Strong communication skills and comfort with video/phone calls
• Comfortable with technology including Google Suite and Slack
• Must pass a background check and complete HIPAA certification

• Knowledge of medical terminology and evidence-based best practices
• Secondary degree or at least 3 years professional experience
