You'll provide skilled home health speech therapy while mentoring Clinical Fellows toward certification. Your work directly improves patient communication and quality of life, with a reduced caseload during supervision.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Supervise and mentor speech-language pathology clinical fellows.
• Develop individualized learning plans (ILPs) for each fellow.
• Conduct evaluations and assessments of fellow progress.
• Ensure compliance with certification and licensure requirements.

📋 Requirements

• Master’s or Doctoral degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
• Current California SLP license or certification.
• Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) from ASHA.
