Description

You will support the technical vision for enterprise customers integrating Salsify across global commerce ecosystems, collaborating with senior architects to map architectures, create diagrams, and build proofs-of-concept.

Requirements

• 3-5 years in enterprise SaaS, technical pre-sales, or solution architecture
• Strong understanding of web technologies, APIs, and data integration (REST, JSON, event-driven)
• Exposure to enterprise content and commerce ecosystems (ERP, DAM, PIM, syndication)
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, fluent in English
• Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset

Responsibilities

• Map customer architectures and integration patterns for Salsify implementations
• Participate in discovery sessions to understand data flows and business objectives
• Create customer-ready architecture diagrams and reference frameworks
• Build lightweight proofs-of-concept to validate proposed solutions
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure alignment with platform capabilities
