Description

In this role, you will own and advance Alo’s edge and application security posture across high-traffic e-commerce and digital platforms. You will be the subject-matter expert for CDN security decisions and drive security across cloud infrastructure, CI/CD pipelines, and container environments.

Requirements

• Deep hands-on expertise in CDN security, DDoS mitigation, WAF management, and bot defense
• Experience with Akamai, Cloudflare, Fastly, or equivalent
• Proficiency in cloud platforms (AWS, Azure) and IaC (Terraform, CloudFormation)
• Skill in vulnerability assessments, penetration testing, and incident response
• Experience integrating security into CI/CD pipelines

Responsibilities

• Own full lifecycle of CDN security configuration (Akamai, Cloudflare, Fastly, etc.)
• Design and tune WAF rule sets including OWASP Core Rule Set customization
• Lead DDoS mitigation strategy and incident response
• Configure bot management platforms and tune policies
• Analyze CDN traffic logs and threat intelligence for proactive hardening
