Description

You will engineer and test communication systems for next-gen satellites and ground stations, from design through operational life. You'll deploy global sites, troubleshoot RF systems, and work with a multidisciplinary team to ensure space-ground compatibility.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's in relevant engineering discipline
• Minimum 15 years technical experience, preferably in space operations
• Understanding of communication systems: antennas, signal processing, RF propagation
• Hands-on experience with RF testing equipment (spectrum analyzers, network analyzers)
• System-level understanding of network, software, and mission planning for site integration

Responsibilities

• Deploy and sustain ground station network assets globally
• Design and integrate site hardware, software, and network systems
• Install, service, and troubleshoot antenna and transceiver systems
• Develop design documentation and perform qualification tests for new hardware and deployments
• Support regulatory filings and analyze ground station or communications issues
