💼 About This Role

You'll join an interdisciplinary team to provide restorative occupational therapy services to frail elderly participants, helping them maximize independence in daily activities. You'll build long-term relationships with participants while collaborating closely with therapists and providers. This role offers lower patient volumes and true work/life balance.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Administer participant treatment programs as established by the Occupational Therapist
• Assist in obtaining vital signs, ranges of motion, and strength testing
• Coordinate with Rehabilitation team to implement activities and treatment plans
• Handle scheduling of treatments, clinical visits, and billing

📋 Requirements

• OTA associate's degree from an accredited program
• Valid California OTA license or proof of license eligibility
• Minimum of two years OTA experience in a clinical setting with frail or elderly population
