You'll lead the build of an algorithmic trading team at FanDuel, deploying automated market-making algorithms for sports betting markets. Your work will directly impact millions in daily trading volume while ensuring we stay within risk parameters. This role sits at the intersection of quantitative modeling and real-time trading.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Design and deploy automated market-making algorithms for sports betting markets.
• Manage day-to-day operations and execution of the algorithmic trading team.
• Build and maintain statistical forecasting models for sports outcomes.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to improve trading infrastructure and reduce latency.

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years of quantitative or algorithmic trading experience.
• Deep understanding of market microstructure and order book dynamics.
• Strong programming ability in Python, C++, Java, Golang, or similar languages.
• Experience building statistical models and applying machine learning.
