You'll lead the full sales cycle for a health-tech startup, opening new markets from scratch in Guatemala. Your core impact is closing complex deals with hospitals and clinics while expanding regional presence.

  • Lead full sales cycle from prospecting to close using MEDDICC and BANT
  • Develop strategic relationships with hospitals, clinics, and labs
  • Execute in-field visits and product demonstrations
  • Manage complex negotiations with focus on speed and profitability
  • Document all commercial activity in HubSpot CRM

๐Ÿ“‹ Requirements

  • 5+ years in consultative B2B sales (med-tech or SaaS preferred)
  • Proven track record of end-to-end sales from opening to close
  • Experience with cold calling and outbound prospecting tools (Apollo, HubSpot, LinkedIn Sales Navigator)
  • Willingness to travel extensively regionally
