Description

You will perform repairs in plumbing, electrical work, and general carpentry at our apartment community, while also troubleshooting HVAC systems and providing on-call emergency service. Your work ensures a great experience for residents.

Requirements

• EPA certification Type II or Universal
• Valid Driver's License
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
• Ability to walk, stand, climb stairs/ladders, and work in small spaces
• Experience troubleshooting HVAC

Responsibilities

• Perform repairs in plumbing, electrical, and general carpentry
• Troubleshoot HVAC systems
• Provide on-call after-hours emergency service
• Work evenings and weekends as needed
• Read and interpret safety and operating manuals
