You'll lead facilities operations for a regulated manufacturing environment at Rapid Micro Biosystems, ensuring safe, reliable, and efficient building systems. Your work directly supports high-quality pharmaceutical production.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Own daily facilities ops for manufacturing, labs, and cleanrooms
• Coordinate repairs and preventive maintenance for building systems
• Lead facility projects including capital improvements and space modifications
• Manage vendors, inspections, security systems, and EHS programs

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Facilities Management, or related field
• 5+ years of experience in facilities, engineering, or project management
• Experience supporting manufacturing, lab, or technical environments
• Strong knowledge of building systems (HVAC, electrical, mechanical)

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience in GMP or regulated environments
• Cleanroom experience
• CMMS or calibration experience
