🎯 What You'll Do

• Design and build scalable APIs using Elixir Phoenix framework
• Architect efficient data models with PostgreSQL and Cassandra queries
• Lead debugging and incident resolution across the stack
• Mentor engineers through code reviews and improve engineering standards

📋 Requirements

• 6+ years of experience with Elixir building high-performance web services
• High-level experience with SQL infrastructure and data modeling
• Ability to demonstrate comfort with ambiguity and adapt quickly
• Must possess a start-up mindset and hunger to learn quickly

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with GoLang or Python
• Expertise with video streaming libraries such as FFmpeg or GStreamer
• Experience building large-scale applications with Python
